1、2012年7月第30卷第4期July2012Vol.30No.4doi:10.3969/j.issn.1674-8530.2012.04.009離心泵葉輪的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)張人會,鄭凱,楊軍虎,李仁年(蘭州理工大學(xué)能源與動力工程學(xué)院,甘肅蘭州730050)摘要:對離心泵葉輪優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)存在的問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,離心泵葉輪優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的主要困難在于復(fù)雜的內(nèi)流道形狀及其與泵水力性能間復(fù)雜的隱式關(guān)系,對基于NURBS的曲面設(shè)計(jì)方法、基于自由曲面變形方法及偏微分方程方法3種離心泵葉輪參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹.為了減少計(jì)算量,采用偏微分方程方法對離心泵葉片幾何形狀進(jìn)行參數(shù)化控
2、制,參數(shù)化控制偏微分方程的邊界條件,假定方程中的控制參數(shù)a(u,v)為常量1,采用響應(yīng)面方法對泵葉輪進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)試驗(yàn)及模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行二階多項(xiàng)式響應(yīng)面回歸,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)二階多項(xiàng)式響應(yīng)關(guān)系不能反映離心泵葉輪設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)與控制變量間的復(fù)雜的非線性關(guān)系.為此,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出采用偏微分方程構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)的偏微分超曲面響應(yīng),數(shù)值求解多維空間上偏微分方程的邊值問題,進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析得到最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì).優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例計(jì)算結(jié)果表明提出的理論及方法是合理的.關(guān)鍵詞:離心泵;葉輪;參數(shù)化;響應(yīng)面法;優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號:S2779;TH311文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1674-8530(2012)04-04

5、reducethecomputationalcost,apartialdifferentialequationsmethodwasusedtocontrolthegeometryshapeofcentrifugalimpellersparametrically,theboundaryconditionsoftheequationswereparameterizedaswell.Supposetheparametersa(u,v)areconstantandtheresponsesurfacemethodology(RSM)wasappliedtooptimizet
6、hedesignofcentrifugalpumpimpellers,a2ndorderpolynomialresponsesurfacewasconstructedaccordingtothetrialresults.Unfortunately,itwasidentifiedthata2ndorderpolynomialfailstopresentthecomplicatednonlinearrelationbetweentheobjectivefunctionandthecontrolvariables.Sothepartialdifferentialequ
7、ationshadtobeproposedtoconstructthehypersurfaceresponseofobjectivefunction.Thenaboundaryvalueproblemofhyperspacewasnumericallysolved.Eventually,anoptimaldesignofpumpimpellerswasachieved.Theresultoftheoptimizeddesigncaseshowsthattheproposedtheoryandmethodarereasonable.Keywords:centri
