1、西安建筑科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文1耐火材料高溫耐沖蝕磨損性能試驗(yàn)方法研究專業(yè);材料學(xué)研究生:胡水導(dǎo)師:蔣明學(xué)教授摘要本文提出了一種新型耐高溫沖蝕磨損實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,以不同組分剛玉質(zhì)耐火材料作為試驗(yàn)樣品,用ABR.1450A型高溫耐磨試驗(yàn)儀研究了材料的高溫耐沖蝕磨損性能。初步試驗(yàn)表明,該耐磨試驗(yàn)儀數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定,性能可靠,該實(shí)驗(yàn)方法適用于耐火材料高溫耐磨性測(cè)試和材料的沖蝕磨損機(jī)理研究。對(duì)不同配比和在不同沖蝕環(huán)境下的剛玉質(zhì)耐火材料的耐磨損性能和顯微結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究,著重探討了高溫下影響剛玉耐火材料耐磨損性能的因素。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:
2、1、提高耐火材料的體積密度會(huì)使整體材料的抗沖蝕性能得到提高;2、剛玉耐火材料的抗沖蝕性能和水泥加入量密切相關(guān)。水泥加入量越多,材料的中高溫耐磨性能越差;3、加入少量硅微粉有利于提高剛玉質(zhì)耐火材料的抗沖蝕能力;4、隨著沖蝕溫度的升高,剛玉質(zhì)耐火材料的沖蝕率逐漸增大,在1000℃左右達(dá)到最大;5、8JJt質(zhì)耐火材料的沖蝕磨損一般表現(xiàn)為較強(qiáng)的脆性沖蝕特征,其沖蝕率隨沖角的變大而增大;在同一沖角下大粒度磨粒對(duì)沖蝕磨損的影響要比小粒度磨粒大。關(guān)鍵詞沖蝕磨損,剛玉質(zhì)耐火材料,沖蝕角,高溫論文類型應(yīng)用研究西安建筑科技大學(xué)
