1、摘要活性粉末混凝土(RPC)是一種超高強(qiáng)、耐久性優(yōu)異并具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景的新型水泥基材料。針對RPC的水灰比很低,膠凝材料不能水化完全,本論文選擇用化學(xué)組成和礦物組成與水泥熟料相似、具有潛在膠凝活性的鋼渣細(xì)粉來替代水泥制備RPC。在制各RPC之前,先對鋼渣粉的性能做了初步的研究:將鋼渣粉按不同比例替代水泥,按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的方法檢測了膠砂強(qiáng)度、標(biāo)稠用水量、凝結(jié)時(shí)間和安定性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果均合格,由此認(rèn)為用鋼渣粉代替水泥做膠凝材料也能制出強(qiáng)度很高的RPC。根據(jù)RPC的配制原理,選定了配制RPC的原材料;分析了水泥熟料礦物的水化反應(yīng)過程。
2、制訂了制作RPC的基準(zhǔn)配合比。通過試驗(yàn),確定了鋼渣粉RPC組分的合理比例,制出了強(qiáng)度達(dá)180MPa的鋼渣粉RPC。研究鋼渣粉RPC和水泥RPC在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)、熱水養(yǎng)護(hù)和高溫高壓養(yǎng)護(hù)三種不同養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下、不同齡期的強(qiáng)度發(fā)展的規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高溫和高壓有利于鋼渣粉的活性發(fā)揮。養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間的長短對RPC強(qiáng)度發(fā)展有較大影響,但在養(yǎng)護(hù)一定時(shí)間后,再增加養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間,其強(qiáng)度無明顯變化。利用環(huán)境掃描電子顯微鏡技術(shù),對RPC的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了初步研究。從掃描電鏡照片看出活性粉末混凝土由密實(shí)的基體相和分散在基體相中的骨料相組成?;w與骨料相結(jié)合得非常
