1、基于CAN總線和LIN總線的智能配電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計摘要本系統(tǒng)采用CAN總線和LIN總線進行數(shù)據(jù)的交互傳遞，設(shè)計模塊化的配電執(zhí)行部件(以下稱智能配電模塊)取代繼電器、功率開關(guān)器件、自保開關(guān)等，智能配電模塊實時檢測輸出電流、電壓變化，根據(jù)變化對負(fù)載和自身進行自動保護，并且把檢測的信息以及故障、報警信息通過LIN總線傳遞給上位機，上位機再通過CAN總線與整車的CAN總線網(wǎng)絡(luò)交互信息，很好地滿足了系統(tǒng)智能化、可靠性、實時性方面的要求。解決了整車分布式配l乜問題，減少了布線，降低了成本。設(shè)計智能化、運行刈‘靠、使用維護方便的智能配電系統(tǒng)是本課題
2、研究的目的，而智能配電系統(tǒng)的研究可分為電源管理和分配、智能控制兩部分，智能控制部分是系統(tǒng)的執(zhí)行部件(即智能配電模塊)，目前國內(nèi)外智能配電模塊功率不是很大，且設(shè)計時均只針對。個或兩個廳而進行保護控制，信息無法上傳，隨著車輛不斷的發(fā)展，此類產(chǎn)^山以逐漸的不適應(yīng)大負(fù)載、數(shù)字化的發(fā)展趨勢。本智能配電系統(tǒng)可以對車輛內(nèi)各路負(fù)載的電流、電壓、運行狀態(tài)等信息進行實時監(jiān)測、顯示，具有實時報警、故障保護等功能，并可以根據(jù)用戶要求靈活地配置各路豁測信息。可以在通過上位機查詢各路的使用情況，盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除隱患，實時處理故障，故障信息直接可以在終端顯示或
