1、摘要本文采用了在二次開模技術(shù)下制備微孔發(fā)泡材料,并通過材料的整體綜合性能和泡孔的大小分布分析獲得最佳發(fā)泡母粒配方。研究了發(fā)泡劑含量,發(fā)泡劑與助劑比例,發(fā)泡母粒的有效成分,以及發(fā)泡助劑的種類對微孔材料整體綜合性能的影響。利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對微孔材料的泡孔分布大小進(jìn)行觀察和分析。實驗結(jié)果表明:隨著AC發(fā)泡劑含量增加,密度降低,拉伸強度降低,沖擊強度升高,比強度,比剛度有一定增加,但并不是AC含量越高越好,Ac含量越高,其放熱使熔體粘度降低,使發(fā)泡成型困難,出現(xiàn)大泡孔和并泡現(xiàn)象;隨著發(fā)泡母粒的有效成分增加,AC含量增加,基料LDPE減少,拉伸強度有所增加,其它整體綜合性
2、能穩(wěn)定,但Ac母粒有效成分越高,擠出母粒過程中越易發(fā)泡,給制備發(fā)泡母粒帶來極大困難:發(fā)泡助劑的選取對微孔材料制備更加重要,在選取三種助劑ZnO、納米ZnO、ZnO:Zn(st)2中,通過性能和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)表明:復(fù)合助劑ZnO:Zn(st)2(5:1)對Ac有重要促進(jìn)作用,使得Ac在樹脂中分解度快,分解產(chǎn)生氣體特大,得到致密的微孔發(fā)泡材料:在發(fā)泡劑與助劑比例中,當(dāng)發(fā)泡劑量大,發(fā)泡劑含量小,對AC活化分解促進(jìn)作用差,Ac分解速度慢,產(chǎn)氣量小,發(fā)泡材料枇休綜合性能差泡孔結(jié)構(gòu)不均勻;相反,發(fā)泡劑含量小,助劑含量大,Ac分解顯著,使得成核點處熔體溫度什高,熔體粘度急據(jù)下降,熔體強度低,氣
3、泡易脹成大泡而難于控制,泡孔較多,表面粗糙,使發(fā)泡材料整體綜合性能下降。對發(fā)泡助劑進(jìn)行TG分析,結(jié)果表明:發(fā)泡助劑的加入都對Ac的活化分解有促進(jìn)作用,分解溫度降低,溫度范圍變窄,發(fā)氣量大,有利于材料發(fā)泡;但所加入三種發(fā)泡助劑ZnO,納米ZnO,ZnO:Zn(st)2(5:1)中,復(fù)合助劑ZnO:Zn(st)2(5:1)對AC的活化分解促進(jìn)作用較為顯著。關(guān)鍵詞:微孔材料發(fā)泡母粒發(fā)泡劑發(fā)泡助劑綜合性能泡孔微觀結(jié)構(gòu)ABSTRACTInthispaper,theeffectofthecontentofAC,therationofACandblowingagent.theeffici
