1、摘要熔噴非織造布的制備工藝及其專用聚丙烯材料的性能表征本文首先研究了熔噴專用料的擠出脹大行為,確定了不同因素對專用料的擠出脹大行為的影響。熔噴工藝中廣泛存在的并絲現(xiàn)象使得非織造布的平均纖維直徑與平均孔徑增加,降低了過濾性能。熔體在噴絲孔出口處的擠出脹大行為是導(dǎo)致并絲的重要原因之一。本實(shí)驗(yàn)通過對熔噴法專用聚丙烯料的擠出脹大行為的研究,確定了不同因素對專用料擠出脹大的影響。從而為熔噴非織造布加工設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)及加工工藝的確定提供參考。來達(dá)到減少纖維并絲,提高熔噴非織造布品質(zhì)的目的;并降低能耗,提高產(chǎn)能。其次研究了不
2、同品種熔噴專用PP料的動態(tài)粘彈性能的差異。以茂金屬PP制備的非織造布具有柔軟、手感好、強(qiáng)度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。而由降解法獲得的熔噴專用PP質(zhì)量波動較大,品質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定,不利于熔噴非織造布的生產(chǎn)。通過對茂金屬熔噴專用PP與降解法熔噴專用PP的動態(tài)粘彈性表征,分析了在不同頻率及溫度下兩種熔噴專用PP的粘彈性特點(diǎn)及差異,對熔噴非織造布的制備過程中的原料選擇提供了指導(dǎo)作用。通過對熔噴非織造制備工藝的研究,為確定超細(xì)熔噴非織造布的制備工藝提供理論依據(jù)。研究了不同工藝參數(shù)如熱空氣壓力、熱空氣溫度、接收距離及加工溫度等因素對熔噴非織造
