1、東北師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文俄美“新冷戰(zhàn)”探析姓名：林洪安申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別：碩士專業(yè)：國(guó)際政治指導(dǎo)教師：王光厚20090501摘要美國(guó)與俄羅斯在北約第三次東擴(kuò)等一系列問(wèn)題上產(chǎn)生矛盾，美俄關(guān)系驟然緊張起來(lái)。對(duì)于這一時(shí)期的美俄矛盾，國(guó)際輿論多以“新冷戰(zhàn)’’來(lái)加以形容。美國(guó)與俄羅斯是當(dāng)今世界兩個(gè)大國(guó)，它們之間關(guān)系的發(fā)展變化對(duì)國(guó)際形勢(shì)的變化都有著深刻的影響。正因?yàn)槿绱?，深入探討俄美“新冷?zhàn)”具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文將對(duì)美俄“新冷戰(zhàn)"問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入探析。本文正文分為三個(gè)部分。文章第一部分主要分析俄美“新冷戰(zhàn)"的表現(xiàn)。這一章分別探討了美俄兩國(guó)在俄羅斯國(guó)內(nèi)政治、軍事安全領(lǐng)域、地緣、重大國(guó)
2、際問(wèn)題等領(lǐng)域的矛盾與沖突。文章第二部分從美俄兩國(guó)對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略的角度，分析俄美“新冷戰(zhàn)"的形成根源。文章認(rèn)為遏制俄羅斯，防范俄羅斯重新崛起是后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期美國(guó)對(duì)俄戰(zhàn)略的主要目標(biāo)。俄羅斯則勵(lì)精圖治以求重新成為世界大國(guó)。美俄兩國(guó)在戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)上彼此沖突，這是俄美“新冷戰(zhàn)’’形成的根源。文章第三部分通過(guò)對(duì)“冷戰(zhàn)”與“新冷戰(zhàn)”的比較分析，對(duì)俄美“新冷戰(zhàn)"的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了探討。文章認(rèn)為從矛盾與沖突的性質(zhì)、矛盾與沖突的“烈度’’與范圍、意識(shí)形態(tài)等幾個(gè)角度來(lái)看，今天的美俄“新冷戰(zhàn)"與昨R的美蘇“冷戰(zhàn)”不可同日而語(yǔ)。美俄兩國(guó)雖然矛盾重重，但是美俄關(guān)系仍然屬于正常國(guó)家關(guān)系范疇。關(guān)鍵詞：美國(guó)；俄羅斯；“新
