1、中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(華東)碩士學(xué)位論文垂直井筒油氣水三相混合物流動(dòng)規(guī)律研究姓名:張昌艷申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)工程指導(dǎo)教師:李明忠20080401摘要油氣水三相混合物在井簡(jiǎn)中的流動(dòng)理論是舉升方式選擇與油井生產(chǎn)工況分析的重要基本理論。迄今,該研究領(lǐng)域中盡管不乏有價(jià)值的研究成果,但仍留有大量的研究課題亟待攻關(guān)。本文借用一定的流體力學(xué)理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究方法,在廣泛調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)油氣水三相混合物沿垂直井筒的流動(dòng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究,研究了三相混合物沿井筒的流動(dòng)型態(tài)劃分方法、變化特征與轉(zhuǎn)換準(zhǔn)則以及油水兩相間的相反轉(zhuǎn)理
2、論與條件;以氣液分相流動(dòng)模型為基礎(chǔ),推導(dǎo)了垂直井筒內(nèi)油氣水三相混合物流動(dòng)過(guò)程中各流型間的轉(zhuǎn)變界限方程;計(jì)算了四種流動(dòng)型態(tài)下的截面含氣率;推導(dǎo)了垂直井筒油氣水三相流體各流型的全水相折算系數(shù)、摩擦壓力梯度、重位壓力梯度的計(jì)算公式,繼而得到了沿程總壓力梯度的計(jì)算方法;借助自建的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究裝置,以空氣、自來(lái)水和機(jī)械油為介質(zhì),實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了油水混合物粘度與含水率關(guān)系、對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià)了不同流型下所建壓降模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果;編制了配套的計(jì)算程序,實(shí)例計(jì)算分析了氣相折算速度、液相折算速度、含水率等對(duì)截面含氣率和壓力梯度的影響。關(guān)鍵詞:垂直井筒,油氣水三相流
