1、摘要本文采用了LiCl/DMAe、堿溶劑體系、離子液體溶解纖維素漿粕,研究了各溶解體系溶解纖維素漿粕的最佳工藝;在溶解好的纖維素溶液里加入交聯劑丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)或檸檬酸(CA)并加入交聯劑次亞磷酸鈉(SliP),給予一定的反應條件,制備纖維素膜;實驗以紅外光譜表征纖維素膜與交聯劑的反應情況,并測試了不同實驗條件下制備的纖維素膜的折皺回復性、機械強力、透濕性能。實驗結果顯示,LiCl/DMAc為溶劑時,纖維素漿粕溶解的最佳工藝條件為:LiCl用量為8%,DMAc活化,活化溫度160℃,活化時間3h,溶解溫度120℃,溶解時間3h
2、。紅外光譜證明了纖維素膜與BTCA發(fā)生了酯化反應;交聯劑的加入以及預焙烘處理都會降低纖維素膜的機械強力;加入BTCA和SHP后纖維素溶液不穩(wěn)定,在一定時間內會自行凝固,自行凝固的纖維素膜強力明顯提升;不同的工藝條件對纖維素膜的透濕性影響不大;加入BTCA和SHP的纖維素鑄膜液折皺回復角增大了29.1%,加入檸檬酸和SHP的纖維素鑄膜液折皺回復性角增大了20.5%。在BTCA含量為1%、檸檬酸含量為1.5%左右,焙烘溫度為180℃時有最好的褶皺回復效果,強力損失也并不嚴重:丁烷四羧酸對纖維素膜的抗皺整理效果優(yōu)于檸檬酸。以NaOH/尿素
3、/硫脲為溶劑時,纖維素漿粕的最佳溶解工藝為:NaOH/尿素/硫脲溶液質量分數分別為8%、8%、6.5%,紅外光譜證明經交聯劑處理后,纖維素膜發(fā)生了酯化交聯反應,折皺回復角有了明顯提高。離子液體對纖維素溶解效果極佳。關鍵詞:再生纖維素膜;抗皺性能;交聯劑;制膜工藝AbstractThecellulosepulpweredissolvedusingLiCl/DMAcsystem,alkalinesystemandionicliquid.Thecrosslinkagentandcatalystwereaddedintothesolutio
