1、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)摘要宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是以農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)為支撐的,而農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)是以農(nóng)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步為前提的,然而通過(guò)對(duì)安徽省歷年農(nóng)業(yè)科技投入對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的實(shí)證研究分析表明我省農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化率依然很低,僅為15%左右。因而提高農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化率,使農(nóng)業(yè)科技為生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐服務(wù),成為安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)科技研究和提高農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。在此背景下,本文以農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化及應(yīng)用研究為課題,以農(nóng)業(yè)科技相關(guān)理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論為基礎(chǔ),采用了實(shí)證定量分析方法,對(duì)安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)科技投資與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)性關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,并
2、在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相關(guān)建議對(duì)策。論文介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的相關(guān)概念,農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化具有轉(zhuǎn)化周期長(zhǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程復(fù)雜、轉(zhuǎn)化環(huán)境局限、轉(zhuǎn)化動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)化、轉(zhuǎn)化收益和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共生等特征,并介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的基本模式。論文重點(diǎn)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,利用安徽省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒的數(shù)據(jù),測(cè)算了農(nóng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的科技結(jié)果,并對(duì)安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)科技投資與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,對(duì)多因素變量進(jìn)行因子分析,對(duì)因子分析所占維度最大的三個(gè)變量構(gòu)建最小二乘模型,研究結(jié)果表明農(nóng)業(yè)投資與農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有正向相關(guān)性,由于農(nóng)業(yè)科技成
3、果具體物化形式很多,而農(nóng)業(yè)投資包含農(nóng)業(yè)科技投資,農(nóng)業(yè)科技的提高能促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng),兩者之間是長(zhǎng)期動(dòng)態(tài)協(xié)整關(guān)系,分布滯后模型表明農(nóng)業(yè)投資,包含農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化率的提高,對(duì)當(dāng)期和未來(lái)三年農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)存在明顯的貢獻(xiàn)率,以忽略次要因素影響為前提,農(nóng)業(yè)投入(包含農(nóng)業(yè)科技投入)每增加1%,在4年內(nèi)可使農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率達(dá)0.84697%,其中當(dāng)年的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率為0.34643%,后3年的增長(zhǎng)率分別為0.25409%、0.16558%、0.08088%。通過(guò)實(shí)證結(jié)果的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)科技投資力度欠缺并且農(nóng)業(yè)科技
