2、了基于CVI的電力機(jī)車電空制動(dòng)機(jī)的微機(jī)測控系統(tǒng)的控制原理和組成,詳細(xì)敘述了該測控系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件的結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì),敘述了該控制系統(tǒng)的測試內(nèi)容、測試原理和主要參數(shù)的選擇及計(jì)算。該測控系統(tǒng)具有整體性和完全性,既能檢測機(jī)車制動(dòng)機(jī)整機(jī)及部件性能,又能對被試部件的全部性能進(jìn)行測試。采用該測控系統(tǒng)測試DK-1型機(jī)車電空制動(dòng)機(jī),不但縮短了試驗(yàn)時(shí)間,而且提高了測試精度和可靠性,還省去了試驗(yàn)操作人員的讀數(shù)計(jì)數(shù)等易引起誤差的瑣碎工作,減輕了檢測人員勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,也使生產(chǎn)過程的自動(dòng)化程度大為提高;更重要的是將寶貴的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)保存在微機(jī)里或送入網(wǎng)絡(luò),便于實(shí)行檢修集中規(guī)范管理,有利于提高檢修質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞動(dòng)態(tài)檢測微機(jī)測控
