1、論文題目：乳化硅油的制備及其應(yīng)用研究專業(yè)：應(yīng)用化學(xué)碩士生：陳晨(簽名)指導(dǎo)教師：賀擁軍(簽名)摘要硅油在化妝品、涂料、織物整理劑、防水劑等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。硅油經(jīng)過乳化，其性能有很大的提高，同時(shí)也拓展了硅油的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。目前，硅油乳液的制備細(xì)節(jié)及其在型煤防水、消泡以及拋光磚防污等方面的應(yīng)用特性研究，文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道還很少。本文用高速攪拌法制備硅油乳液，探討了轉(zhuǎn)速、乳化劑配比、硅油用量等因素對(duì)硅油乳液的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明：當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速在1200-1400r/min，攪拌時(shí)間為60min，乳化劑m(Span-60):m(Tween
2、-60)為0.43:0.57，m(硅油):m(乳化劑)為1:0.5時(shí)，制備的乳液均一穩(wěn)定，分散性好。本文研究了硅油乳液在型煤防水劑、消泡劑以及拋光磚防污劑等方面的應(yīng)用性能。通過測定型煤的吸水率，吸水速率以及接觸角，探討不同硅油含量的乳液對(duì)型煤防水性能的影響；通過測定消泡時(shí)間，消泡速率和乳液的粒徑大小，探討不同粒徑和添加量的SiO2顆粒對(duì)乳液消泡性能的影響，并討論了含SiO2乳液的消泡機(jī)理；通過SEM測試對(duì)比了拋光磚在涂覆乳液前后表面結(jié)構(gòu)的變化，探討乳液硅油含量、乳液用量、SiO2顆粒的添加等因素對(duì)拋光磚防污效果的影
