1、摘要NFC,即近距離無(wú)線通信,是工作在13.56MHz,用于近距離(小于10厘米)安全通信的無(wú)線通信技術(shù)。NFC天線作為手機(jī)支付系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)不可缺少的重要部分,已經(jīng)伴隨著手機(jī)支付功能的發(fā)展而日益受到非常廣泛的研究和應(yīng)用,國(guó)內(nèi)外早已經(jīng)開(kāi)始專門研究用于手機(jī)支付功能的NFC天線,并提出了多種天線模型。本文是基于天線基本理論以及天線仿真軟件HFSS進(jìn)行了大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真,主要是研究NFC天線的設(shè)計(jì)方法及其小型化技術(shù)。本文共設(shè)計(jì)了三款天線,分別是雙面矩形天線、雙面螺旋天線、單面圓角矩形天線,同時(shí)仿真出天線的電感隨天
2、線各個(gè)參數(shù)的變化關(guān)系,主要是天線繞線數(shù)、繞線寬度及間隔與天線等效電感之間的變化關(guān)系,討論并分析各個(gè)參數(shù)的變化趨勢(shì),總結(jié)規(guī)律,結(jié)合實(shí)際的需求,得到一款理論上性能最好的天線,并使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀中進(jìn)行了電感測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果與理論結(jié)果較一致。本文還通過(guò)串并聯(lián)電容和電阻的方式,對(duì)著三款天線分別進(jìn)行了阻抗匹配,使得在13.56MHz處回波損耗達(dá)到最小,并且都達(dá)到了很好的匹配效果。本文的研究為各種不同尺寸、不同形狀的小型天線設(shè)計(jì)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ),具有實(shí)際意義。關(guān)鍵字:NFC線圈天線輸入阻抗回波損耗阻抗匹配IAbstrac
