2、現(xiàn),3個試驗期瘤胃液中乙酸與丙酸之比(A?P)和NH32N濃度明顯下降,并呈一定的劑量效應(yīng)。試驗ê和?A?P分別比對照期下降5.62%(P<0.05)和13.30%(P<0.01),NH32N濃度分別下降17.96%(P<0.05)和33.80%(P<0.01);試驗é相應(yīng)指標(biāo)雖有下降,但差異不顯著。與對照期相比,各組總揮發(fā)性脂肪酸(TVFA)均無明顯改變,微生物蛋白(MCP)除試驗é外亦無明顯變化。結(jié)果表明:海南霉素可改變瘤胃發(fā)酵類型,明顯提高丙酸比例,抑制飼料蛋白在瘤胃內(nèi)的降解。關(guān)鍵詞山羊;瘤胃消化;代謝;離
