2、譜(GC?MS/MS)與氣相色譜?四極桿?飛行時(shí)間質(zhì)譜(GC?QTOF/MS)在水果、蔬菜中208種農(nóng)藥多殘留檢測(cè)中基質(zhì)效應(yīng)及方法學(xué)效能的差異,提出兩種儀器在農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)方面的特點(diǎn)和適用范圍,為殘留檢測(cè)分析提供參考。在蘋果、柑橘、番茄、黃瓜4種基質(zhì),3個(gè)添加濃度(5?0、10?0和20?0μg/kg)下,兩種儀器中均有93?0%以上的農(nóng)藥回收率在70%~120%范圍內(nèi)且相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)≤20%(n=5)。檢測(cè)靈敏度方面,絕大部分農(nóng)藥在兩種儀器的檢出限均低于5?0μg/kg,滿足各國(guó)農(nóng)藥殘留限量的要求,且GC?MS/MS靈敏度更高,線性范圍更寬,定量能力更加準(zhǔn)確。篩查確證方面
