1、第39卷第2期非金屬礦Vo1.39NO.22016年3月Non—MetalliCMinesMarch,2016外加劑對(duì)礦渣水泥混凝土收縮與早期抗裂的影響韓靜云宋旭艷郜志海(蘇州科技學(xué)院土木工程學(xué)院,江蘇蘇州215011)摘要選用木鈉減水劑、UEA—H膨脹劑、早強(qiáng)劑、檸檬酸緩凝劑以常用摻量外摻入礦粉水泥中,檢測(cè)其化學(xué)收縮和干縮性能,同時(shí)將各摻量的外加劑分別引入到礦渣水泥混凝土中,檢測(cè)其抗壓強(qiáng)度以及早期抗裂性能,結(jié)果表明:木鈉減水劑增加礦渣水泥的早期化學(xué)收縮,也增大礦渣水泥膠砂的干縮值;uEA.H膨脹劑
2、增加礦渣水泥的化學(xué)收縮,并能降低礦渣水泥膠砂的干縮;早強(qiáng)劑則在早期就大幅度增加礦渣水泥的化學(xué)收縮,對(duì)膠砂體系干縮性能影響與基準(zhǔn)礦渣水泥體系相當(dāng);檸檬酸緩凝劑能降低礦渣水泥的化學(xué)收縮值,但會(huì)提高膠砂體系的干縮值。木鈉減水劑、UEA.H膨脹劑和早強(qiáng)劑都能提高礦渣水泥混凝土的早期抗裂性能,其中早強(qiáng)劑在所選用的幾種外加劑中效果最好,而緩凝劑對(duì)礦渣水泥混凝土早期抗裂性能具有不利影響。關(guān)鍵詞礦渣水泥混凝土;外加劑;化學(xué)收縮;干縮;抗壓強(qiáng)度;早期開裂性能中圖分類號(hào):TU528.042文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):100
