1、中文摘要我國電力工業(yè)旦前正瑟簸羞巨大數(shù)挑戰(zhàn),電力緊缺現(xiàn)象隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展越來越明顯?;鹆Πl(fā)電是我國電力工業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn),它的發(fā)電量占我國發(fā)電總量的80%以上。高溫高強(qiáng)度的鋼材是提高火電機(jī)組熱效率的有效途徑,能夠保證機(jī)組在較高溫度與壓力下穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。本課題以超超臨界電站用鋼P(yáng)92鋼為對象,采用物理試驗(yàn)和ANSYS有限元模擬的手段,對P92鋼焊接的溫度場進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和分析,采用聞接法瘸遺度場計(jì)算的結(jié)渠計(jì)算殘余應(yīng)力場。本文在理論的基礎(chǔ)上,利用紅外熱像儀對P92鋼的焊接過程進(jìn)行了溫度場實(shí)測,褥出了相應(yīng)的焊接溫度曲線,并以該結(jié)果作為后續(xù)溫度場模擬準(zhǔn)確與否的比較對象和評
2、判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?!诳偨Y(jié)前人的工作基礎(chǔ)上系統(tǒng)地闡述了焊接過程的有限元分析理論,并針對P92鋼管狀接頭建立ANSYS有限元模型,剩用ANSYS酌生死單元技術(shù)和霜數(shù)及數(shù)組功能實(shí)現(xiàn)了對焊接過程金屬熔敷和熱源移動的模擬。通過后處理功能得出相應(yīng)的焊接溫度曲線。經(jīng)與紅外熱像儀得出的益線對比,吻合炎好,表明溫度場模擬結(jié)果正確,可以作為下一步應(yīng)力場計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)。在熱彈塑性理論基礎(chǔ)上,通過熱單元向結(jié)構(gòu)單元的轉(zhuǎn)換,利用間接法,對焊接殘余應(yīng)力進(jìn)行計(jì)算。通過結(jié)果分析比較了焊后熱處理前后的應(yīng)力變化情況,驗(yàn)證了焊后熱處理對于消除殘余應(yīng)力的作用,并指出了接頭表面殘余應(yīng)力集中的位置。關(guān)鍵詞
