1、化學(xué)鍍鎳及其老化液處理的研究摘要化學(xué)鍍鎳技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、化工、電子、航空等工業(yè)設(shè)備的制造。本論文研究了應(yīng)用微波陶瓷化學(xué)鍍鎳金屬化工藝及化學(xué)鍍鎳?yán)匣旱脑偕幚砉に嚒Q芯苛俗罴鸦瘜W(xué)鍍鎳配方及前處理技術(shù),所研制的化學(xué)鍍鎳工藝己成功應(yīng)用于微波陶瓷器件的生產(chǎn)。應(yīng)用自組裝電滲析器再生化學(xué)鍍鎳?yán)匣阂越档湾円撼杀?,減少環(huán)境污染??疾炝穗娏髅芏?、溫度、不同膜及不同膜排列方向?qū)﹄姖B析選擇去除效果的影響,得出了優(yōu)化工藝條件;并在此條件下,采用電滲析法處理化學(xué)鍍鎳?yán)匣海儆么隋円哼M(jìn)行化學(xué)鍍鎳,鍍制出了81塊試片,鍍液壽命已超過20個(gè)周期。事實(shí)上,
2、該鍍液還可以繼續(xù)使用,并且鍍速基本穩(wěn)定在13.-一159m/h。因此,本實(shí)驗(yàn)研發(fā)的化學(xué)鍍鎳?yán)匣涸偕幚硇录夹g(shù)取得了良好的效果。此外,通過不同測定方法的對比,我們得到了測定各種離子的最佳方法是:用分光光度法在線測定Ni+濃度;用碘量法測H2P02-濃度;用鈉離子電極法測定HP032-濃度還開發(fā)了電介質(zhì)陶瓷化學(xué)鍍前粗化工藝;研制了穩(wěn)定性好和壽命長的化學(xué)鍍鎳液配方;研制出用蒸發(fā).冷卻法處理老化液,此法不需添加任何化學(xué)品,不需特殊設(shè)備,消耗的能III浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文量少,且不損失鎳離子和次亞磷酸根等有用成分,是非常有效和經(jīng)濟(jì)簡便的
