1、鉻鎳錳鉬低碳高合金鋼組織性能研究摘要本文主要研究了不同鋁、鎳含量的CrNiMnMo襯板鋼組織、力學(xué)性能、均勻腐蝕性能以及耐沖擊腐蝕磨損性能。試樣成分選擇為:在原CrNiMo低碳高合金襯板鋼的基礎(chǔ)上,保持其它成分不變,加入1.5%的錳、并將Mo含量調(diào)整為0.5%、O.3%、Ni含量調(diào)整為1.O%、0.8%。熔煉得到三種CrNiMnMo襯板鋼并對之進(jìn)行返火和淬火回火處理。采用光學(xué)金相顯微鏡、X射線物相分析儀、洛氏硬度計(jì)和沖擊韌性試驗(yàn)機(jī)等實(shí)驗(yàn)手段分析了不同熱處理狀態(tài)下的組織構(gòu)成,并測定了硬度、沖擊韌性等力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:隨著鉬和鎳含量的改變,退火態(tài)的組織發(fā)生了變化,但淬火回火態(tài)下的
2、組織仍然主要為板條馬氏體。合金成分進(jìn)行少量調(diào)整后的三種襯板鋼在淬火回火后的硬度保持在48HRC以上,沖擊韌性保持在50J.cm。2以上。通過吊線法測定了三種襯板鋼的均勻腐蝕性能,結(jié)果顯示:三種襯板鋼的耐腐蝕能力為尚耐蝕級別。在改進(jìn)的MLD.10型沖擊腐蝕磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)上,對不同鋁和鎳含量的CrNiMnMo襯板鋼試樣進(jìn)行了沖擊腐蝕磨損性能測試,隨后采用光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、顯微硬度計(jì)分析了磨損試樣的磨面形貌及磨損表面物質(zhì)成分、亞表層金相和顯微硬度變化,探討了沖擊腐蝕磨損下的磨損機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:對于硬度在48HRC以上、韌性在50J.cm。以上的襯板鋼來說,磨損機(jī)制主要是累積塑性變形和

6、tannealedstate,butmicrostructurewouldmaintainmainlyaslathmartensiteatquenched-temperedstatewiththemodificationofnickelcontentandmolybdenumcontent.Thehardnessofthreelinersteelskeepabove48HRC,andthetoughnesskeepabove50J·cm-2.UniformcorrosionresistanceofthreeLCHAbythemethodofhangingthread.There
7、sultindicatesthatcorrosionresistanceofthreelinersteelsarethelevelofevencorrosionresistance.TheimpactcorrosionandabrasionbehaviorofCrNiMnMolinersteelwithdifferentnickelandmolybdenumcontentweretestedbymodifiedMLD一10tester.ThroughtheSEMobservationofth
