1、、.,..71893aIk永服杖學(xué)院岫I.掌f_論z囊一———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————~摘要本研究采用半連續(xù)酯化法通過添加第i、第四等單體(問苯二甲酸IPA,新戊:醇DTG,J4、已烷一甲醇CHDM等)制各高收縮纖維用共聚酯。研究了Jt聚a-體幣1r類及添加比例剝玎繃收縮率的影響:紡絲、拉伸及熱處理T藝條付x,J!T維熱收縮率的影響;并采用DSC、I(j、x—ray胥丁射、雙折射濁、聲速法、紅外光譜法、熱收縮率洲試法等技術(shù)對(duì)足聚酯切片,『乏?f維IT,;M構(gòu)’j性能
2、進(jìn)行了表征。。v,P、1.F'、。//.f...黑表明,采用問苯一甲酸和新戊二醇為共聚單體對(duì)制備商收縮聚酯;r維效果較&f,?r維收縮牢可達(dá)到50%以上,最高“』達(dá)809%,但壞己烷二甲醇的改性效果不明顯,在川』嚇n峰爾比的蚪己烷二甲醣代瞥新戊一醇后共聚酯的收縮率明顯降低。DS(’研究結(jié)果表明,共聚酯的玻璃化溫度逐漸降低,冷結(jié)晶溫度逐漸升高,熔點(diǎn)F降,目,隨若:r4種綢分添加量的增加或不同種類添加量的增多,熔融峰逐漸變寬,表明結(jié)晶性能變羞.TG研究結(jié)糶表明,共聚單體的加入,對(duì)聚酯切片的熱穩(wěn)定性影響不大,共聚酯的熱火蕈湖皮1I純PET的相近?!粶亟Y(jié)晶實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,共聚酯的結(jié)晶速率變慢,最佳結(jié)

5、lyesterchipanditsfiberweretestedandcharacterisedbyDSC,TG,X-raydiffraction,PolarizedMicroscope,soundvelocitymethod,infraredspectrometry,andthehotshrinkagetestingmethods.ThehotshrinkagetestingresultsshowedthatIPAandDTGwereveryeffectiveinthepreparationofthehighshrinkagepolyesterfibers,whichcouldhelpto
6、reachtheshrinkagerateof50%withthehighestonereaching80.9%.IPAplayedamajorroleinthisresult.WhenonlyIPAadded,theshrinkagerateintheboilingwatercouldreachabove70%,undertheconventionalspinningconditionand2.8timesofdrawingcondition.However,CHDMwasnoteffectivetoimprovetheshrinkagerate.DSCresultsindicatedth
7、attheCO—polyester’STgandTmwerelowerthanthatofPET,TcwashigherthanthatofPET.Withthehighercontentofonemonomerorincreaseingdifferentmonomer,themeltingpeakbecamewider,SOcrystallinepropertybecamelower.TGresultsin
