1、碩士學(xué)位論文摘要本文通過球磨、普通壓制和燒結(jié)制備Fe-Cu-Mo—C同步器齒環(huán)材料,利用金相顯微鏡、X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等檢測手段。研究其合金元素對燒結(jié)性能的影響;球磨工藝與燒結(jié)性能關(guān)系;合金的熱加工性能和合金不同狀態(tài)的摩擦磨機(jī)理。合金化實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:Mn和M0對硬度的貢獻(xiàn)顯著,C對硬度的作用并不明顯。從材料的耐磨性和熱加工性能角度出發(fā),F(xiàn)e一2Cu一21m'1-Mo—C-P合金具有較好的綜合性能。對Fe-2Cu-2Mn-Mo-C-P合金研究結(jié)果表明:隨球磨時間增加,粉末形狀由粒狀向塊狀
2、和層片狀變化:粉末間的冷焊促進(jìn)了碳原子向鐵原子中的擴(kuò)散,球磨促進(jìn)了粉末的部分合金化;在優(yōu)化的球磨工藝下制備合金,燒結(jié)體密度為7:219/cm3,相對密度92.6%。與傳統(tǒng)一次壓制燒結(jié)方法相比提高致密度;熱變形下,合金的真應(yīng)力具有正的應(yīng)變速率敏感性,熱鍛提高合金密度;干摩擦磨損情況下,合金的不同的狀態(tài),有不同的磨損機(jī)理。淬火態(tài)合金磨損機(jī)理為磨粒磨損,磨損率高;退火態(tài)合金的磨損機(jī)理為疲勞磨損,麻點(diǎn)的形成是由于表面下方的裂紋擴(kuò)展而成,磨損率低。Fe-2Cu-2Mn-Mo--C-P合金有著較高的退火態(tài)硬度、良好的熱塑性,
