1、高爐爐況預(yù)報(bào)專家系統(tǒng)的研究摘要高爐冶煉是在高溫下發(fā)生的包含許多物理、化學(xué)變化傳輸過程的一個(gè)復(fù)雜過程。只有保持爐況穩(wěn)定順行,才能取得較好的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。而爐況是經(jīng)常波動(dòng)的,因此對(duì)高爐異常爐況的預(yù)測(cè)和判斷是當(dāng)前高爐控制的主人問題。目前的解決辦法是建立高爐異常判斷專家系統(tǒng),但仍缺陷,如實(shí)時(shí)性較差,學(xué)習(xí)能力較差等。而神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)由于其很強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和自適應(yīng)性,被成功地應(yīng)用于很多智能控制系統(tǒng)中。因此探索建立神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)高爐異常爐況判斷專家系統(tǒng)是當(dāng)前的研究方向。本課題旨在建立神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)高爐異常爐況判斷專家系統(tǒng),并解決傳統(tǒng)專家系統(tǒng)在知
2、識(shí)獲取方面的“瓶頸”閱題,使其具有在線學(xué)習(xí)能力。本文研究了當(dāng)前高爐控制檢測(cè)和控制的現(xiàn)狀,.在對(duì)高爐異常爐況判斷做了深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用sIEMENs公司的s7.300系列的PLc和工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)(1PC)構(gòu)成了二級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。以viscualC++6O為開發(fā)工具編制了具有在線學(xué)剄能力的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)高爐異常爐況判斷專家系統(tǒng)的軟件,此系統(tǒng)使用方便,速度快,命中率高,具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性。關(guān)鍵詞:高爐異常爐況判斷神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)專家系統(tǒng)viscuaIC++6.oTheResearchofExpertSystemforBlast
