1、山西大同大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)題目:山西煤銷集團(tuán)保安煤業(yè)礦井設(shè)計(1.5Mt/a)級別2012級專業(yè)采礦工程函授站點陽泉技校函授站班級姓名指導(dǎo)教師2014年11月30日摘要:本文根據(jù)對保安煤業(yè)資料的學(xué)習(xí)和研究,遵照《煤礦安全規(guī)程》和《煤炭工業(yè)設(shè)計規(guī)范》的要求,充分運用所學(xué)的知識,以保安煤業(yè)開采的實際情況為依據(jù),對保安煤業(yè)的開拓延伸進(jìn)行設(shè)計。在設(shè)計中盡量做到危險最少,效益好,把保安煤業(yè)建成高產(chǎn)高效的礦井,為我國的煤炭生產(chǎn)作出貢獻(xiàn)。保安煤業(yè)礦井設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容有:生產(chǎn)能力的確定、井田開拓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、采煤方法設(shè)計、通風(fēng)安全設(shè)計
2、及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析等。該井田可采煤層共有六層,屬無煙煤。本次設(shè)計礦井的生產(chǎn)能力為1.5Mt/a。為有效防治瓦斯災(zāi)害,設(shè)計建立瓦斯抽放系統(tǒng),結(jié)合煤層賦存條件,設(shè)計采煤方法為傾斜長壁(條帶)全部垮落采煤法,采煤工藝為綜合機械化一次采全高。在對開拓系統(tǒng)及采煤方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計的同時,對頂板管理及支護(hù)方式進(jìn)行了說明,對礦井運輸及提升系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)備選型,并對采區(qū)及全礦所需風(fēng)量進(jìn)行了計算及風(fēng)機選型,然后,是礦山防止特殊災(zāi)害的安全措施說明。最后,對整個礦井設(shè)計的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了說明。關(guān)鍵詞:礦井開拓;綜合機械化采煤;采煤方法;經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)Abstrac
