3、edividedintotwogroupsaccordingtoenteringthefirstorthesecondhospital,40casesintrailgroupand30casesincontrolgroup.Thetrailgroupweretreatedboththemethodofclearingheatandremovingdampnessandresolvingphlegmandthewesternmedicinemethodoflargeringlactoneclassantibiotictreatment,thecontrolgroupwasonlyb
4、yalargeringlactoneclassantibiotictreatment,andtoobservethesetwogroupsofsymptomsandsignsofimprovement.Results:Thetotaleffectiverateoftrailgroupandthecontrolgroupis100%and96.7%，andtheresultsofthetwogroupshavedifferences;Thetotalscoreofthetrailgroupisbetterthanthecontrolgroupaftertreatment,andth
5、edifferenceisstatisticallysignificant(P＜0.05);TheTCMsyndromescurativeeffectsaredifferent,thetotaleffectiverateoftrailgroupis100%,andthecontrolgrouponeis90.0%;Thesymptomofabdominaldistensionaswellaslazymoveandpoorappetiteinthetrailgroupareimprovedcomparedwithcontrolgroup.andthedifferencesissig
