1、湖南師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于CPLD的液壓數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)姓名:黃健全申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):電路與系統(tǒng)指導(dǎo)教師:劉忠20060501摘要數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)是信號(hào)與信息處理中不可缺少的重要組成部分。在液壓設(shè)備的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與故障診斷中,數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)提供設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),其采集技術(shù)水平直接影響診斷結(jié)果。研制高性能的液壓數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)將有利于設(shè)備維護(hù)的信息化、智能化,進(jìn)一步提高設(shè)備利用率,減少因設(shè)備故障帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失甚至人員傷亡。本文根據(jù)液壓設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)和故障診斷的要求,設(shè)計(jì)了基于USB2.O總線和虛擬儀器技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集軟、硬件系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用FX2
2、+CPLD結(jié)構(gòu)和流水線數(shù)據(jù)采集控制技術(shù),界面友好,成本低廉,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)液壓設(shè)備的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集、顯示、存儲(chǔ)和數(shù)字濾波,為液壓設(shè)備的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷提供準(zhǔn)確、有效的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)。具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)設(shè)計(jì)了硬件電路和CPLD控制程序,將實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集過程劃分為~D轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)據(jù)緩存和數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送三個(gè)模塊,在CPLD和單片機(jī)控制下并行執(zhí)行,實(shí)現(xiàn)低主頻CPU控制下的高速數(shù)據(jù)采集;(2)根據(jù)FX2(單片機(jī)CY7C68013)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),采用KeilC51編寫了單片機(jī)固件程序,完成數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備的主控制和USB2.0通信控制;(3)在分析NI.VISA的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)
3、了基于LabVIEW的USB2.O驅(qū)動(dòng)和上位機(jī)應(yīng)用程序,通過上位機(jī)的鍵盤和鼠標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集的控制以及采集數(shù)據(jù)的處理;(4)對(duì)研制的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了精度測(cè)試和動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)用測(cè)試。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)能準(zhǔn)確反映液壓設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀況,在采集速度和精度上符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。關(guān)鍵詞:液壓數(shù)據(jù)采集:CPLD;USB2.O;LabVIEW;VISA▲q31I—AbstractDataacquisitionsystemisanessentialsectionofthesignalandinformationprocessing.Ito仃ersdatafor
