2、接的快速冷卻只對(duì)粗晶區(qū)的金相組織產(chǎn)生了較大影響,而對(duì)過(guò)渡區(qū)、細(xì)晶區(qū)和類母材區(qū)的金相組織幾乎沒(méi)有影響.金相顯微鏡下兩者粗晶區(qū)的組織均為貝氏體鐵素體和粒狀貝氏體,但各組織的形態(tài)和數(shù)量不同.在透射電鏡下觀察,兩者粗晶區(qū)的精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)有較大差異,在役焊接粗晶區(qū)生成了少量細(xì)小的橫穿貝氏體鐵素體板條的板條馬氏體,常規(guī)焊接粗晶區(qū)生成了少量的塊狀鐵素體組織.關(guān)鍵詞:在役焊接;X70管線鋼;熱影響區(qū);顯微組織;精細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號(hào):TG14211;TG406文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1005-0299(2009)02-0178-03Microstructureofheat2affected
