1、摘要本文針對(duì)感光不飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂紫外固化過(guò)程中影響固化效果的主要因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,分別探討了光引發(fā)劑、稀釋劑、光敏促進(jìn)劑等因素對(duì)光固化速率及相對(duì)固化度的影響。確定了最佳固化效果的紫外固化體系。為今后紫外快速固化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用積累了一定的理論依據(jù)。本文選定普通不飽和聚酯樹(shù)脂191”和乙烯基兩種感光不飽和樹(shù)脂作為紫外固化的研究對(duì)象。從自由基型光引發(fā)劑的引發(fā)機(jī)理和引發(fā)活性上選定出分裂型(安息香及衍生物)和提氫型(二苯甲酮)兩類光引發(fā)劑。分別測(cè)定了它們?cè)谙嗤瑮l件下樹(shù)脂的固化時(shí)間和相對(duì)固化度,通過(guò)對(duì)固化時(shí)間、相對(duì)固化度的優(yōu)化,確定了安息香雙甲醚光引發(fā)劑的最佳引發(fā)劑含量為6%:最佳光敏促進(jìn)
2、劑一氯化亞錫的添加量為1—1.5%時(shí),能極大的提高固化速率;研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)減少191#樹(shù)脂中稀釋劑(苯乙烯)的含量能提高固化速率。通過(guò)光引發(fā)劑和樹(shù)脂的紫外吸收光譜測(cè)試,分析得知安息香雙甲醚比其它醚類光引發(fā)劑在相同波長(zhǎng)處有較強(qiáng)的吸收峰,進(jìn)一步證明了安息香雙甲醚比其他引發(fā)劑引發(fā)固化效果較好。用紅外掃描跟蹤紫外固化過(guò)程特征基團(tuán)吸收峰的變化率,分析紫外固化行為變化進(jìn)展。對(duì)固化膜進(jìn)行斷裂強(qiáng)度測(cè)定,發(fā)現(xiàn)測(cè)量值與光引發(fā)劑含量有關(guān)系。關(guān)鍵詞:紫外光固化,不飽和樹(shù)脂,光引發(fā)劑,固化速率,紅外光譜法AbstractInthisarticle,manyfactorsaffectingUV-curin
