1、摘要鋁合金輪轂由于其質(zhì)量輕、散熱快、減震性能好、輪胎壽命長等優(yōu)點,在現(xiàn)代汽車制造中正取代傳統(tǒng)的鋼制輪轂而被廣泛的推廣應(yīng)用,而鋁合金輪轂的鍛造成形是一項新技術(shù)。鍛造鋁合金輪轂?zāi)軌蚋蟪潭鹊墓?jié)省材料和減輕重量,因此,為了保證輪轂的高強度性能,就有必要對輪轂在鍛造成形過程中可能出現(xiàn)的各種缺陷進行分析研究。本文通過對轎車鋁合金輪轂的零件形狀的分析,根據(jù)模鍛成形理論,結(jié)合鋁合金鍛造技術(shù),合理的制定出了輪轂的鍛造成形工藝。根據(jù)鍛造成形工藝,利用UG三維模型造型軟件設(shè)計出鋁合金輪轂的預(yù)鍛和終鍛鍛造模具,再將三維模型導(dǎo)入DEFORM軟件進行有限元分析,得出了成形的各階段的應(yīng)變場和速度場。通過對飛邊
2、槽尺寸對鍛造成形的影響和摩擦系數(shù)以及應(yīng)變場、速度場的分析,可以得到預(yù)鍛和終鍛工序在鍛造成形的各階段金屬流動的一般規(guī)律。最后對預(yù)鍛和終鍛兩個工藝過程進行了實驗,通過實驗現(xiàn)象與數(shù)值模擬的對比分析,初步得到成形缺陷形成的影響因素和改進方法。本文先通過有限元分析軟件對鍛造成形過程進行了數(shù)值模擬,然后又對其進行了實驗驗證,實驗結(jié)果和數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果基本吻合,為模具設(shè)計提供了參考依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞鋁合金;輪轂:鍛造;缺陷;數(shù)值模擬;實驗燕山大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractTheapplicationofaluminumalloywheel-hubreplacethesteelhubgradually
