1、摘要球形硅微粉是航空、航天、電子信息等高端產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要材料,同時也在新型涂料、特種陶瓷,高檔化妝品等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應用,具有很高的實用價值。本文旨在通過乳液法制備粒徑可控球形二氧化硅并對其性能進行研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)研究水相、乳化劑用量、油相、轉(zhuǎn)速、溫度等因素對乳狀液穩(wěn)定性的影響。在固定水相和乳化劑用量的條件下,乳化劑用量在1%--4%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))之間、轉(zhuǎn)速高于500r/rain時能夠形成穩(wěn)定的柴油乳狀液。(2)考察了乳化劑用量、轉(zhuǎn)速、酸量和反應溫度等因素對乳液法樣品粒徑的影響。乳化劑用量、轉(zhuǎn)速對產(chǎn)品的粒徑影響最為顯著,酸量和反應溫度對粒徑幾乎沒有影
2、響。乳液法產(chǎn)品的粒徑隨著乳化劑用量的增加、轉(zhuǎn)速的增大而減小,通過調(diào)整乳化劑用量、轉(zhuǎn)速可以制備出平均粒徑在51ma,--40lma之間的乳液法球形二氧化硅產(chǎn)品。(3)研究了原料水玻璃加入量、乳化劑用量、轉(zhuǎn)速、酸量和反應溫度等因素對得率的影響。原料水玻璃加入量、酸加入量對得率的影響最為顯著,乳化劑用量、轉(zhuǎn)速對得率有一定程度的影響,反應溫度對得率幾乎沒有影響。乳液法產(chǎn)品密度的研究結(jié)果表明隨著煅燒溫度的升高產(chǎn)品的密度增大。(4)在前期實驗室研究的基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)過幾何相似放大設(shè)計了反應釜放大實驗,放大反應釜的反應過程與實驗室燒杯的反應過程存在著質(zhì)的區(qū)別,放大實驗得率下降
