1、植物營養(yǎng)與肥料學(xué)報(bào)2007,13(1):113-117PlantNutritionandFertilizerScience施鉬對(duì)不同鉬效率冬小麥葉片呼吸作用相關(guān)酶的影響3甘巧巧,孫學(xué)成,胡承孝,譚啟玲(華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)微量元素研究中心,湖北武漢430070)摘要:以冬小麥鉬高效(97003)和鉬低效(97014)品種為供試材料,采用土培方法,研究施鉬對(duì)冬小麥分蘗期、拔節(jié)期、孕穗期和灌漿期功能葉多酚氧化酶(PPO)、抗壞血酸氧化酶(AAO)、乙醇酸氧化酶(GO)等呼吸作用相關(guān)酶類活性變化的影響。結(jié)果表明,施鉬后,PPO活性在4個(gè)生育期均降低;AAO活性在分蘗期和拔節(jié)
2、期降低,而在孕穗期和灌漿期上升;GO活性則在分蘗期、拔節(jié)期和孕穗期降低,而在灌漿期升高。鉬對(duì)不同鉬效率冬小麥葉片呼吸作用酶的影響存在著差異。施鉬有利于促進(jìn)冬小麥分蘗期和拔節(jié)期碳水化合物的積累,從而促進(jìn)生物量的提高,而在孕穗期和灌漿期由于植株生長中心的轉(zhuǎn)移,呼吸作用酶變化復(fù)雜。關(guān)鍵詞:鉬;多酚氧化酶;抗壞血酸氧化酶;乙醇酸氧化酶++中圖分類號(hào):S143172;S512111101 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1008-505X(2007)01-0113-05Effectsofmolybdenumapplicationonrespirationenzymes
