1、上海交通大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位論文摘要基于PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)智能轉(zhuǎn)換器的開發(fā)摘要PROFIBUS是一種國際性、開放式、不依賴于設(shè)備生產(chǎn)商的現(xiàn)場總線標準。在制造業(yè)、流程工業(yè)和樓宇、交通電力自動化等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。隨著通訊技術(shù)、可靠性技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,智能化多功能的低壓電器產(chǎn)品成為國內(nèi)外廠商研發(fā)及生產(chǎn)的對象。本論文研究的是基于PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)的智能轉(zhuǎn)換器,它可以方便的讓智能化多功能的低壓電器設(shè)備成為PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場總線網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的一個節(jié)點,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)電力電氣設(shè)備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制。現(xiàn)場設(shè)備通信最重要的是實時性,PROFIBUS-DP是PROFIBUS協(xié)議結(jié)構(gòu)中的底層結(jié)構(gòu),由于具有可靠性好、通信
2、速率高、成本低等特點,被應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場設(shè)備信號的高速傳送,它可將現(xiàn)場設(shè)備連接到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上。論文詳細分析了PROFIBUS-DP的技術(shù)特點、系統(tǒng)的特征和結(jié)構(gòu),分析PROFIBUS-DP專用協(xié)議芯片SPC3的技術(shù)特點,對基于PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)的智能轉(zhuǎn)換器硬件電路的設(shè)計和軟件程序的設(shè)計進行了詳細說明。網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信協(xié)議是正確傳送數(shù)據(jù)的保證。本論文結(jié)合智能化多功能低壓電器定義的專用通信協(xié)議,根據(jù)智能轉(zhuǎn)換器的通信協(xié)議,對如何實現(xiàn)通信功能作了分析。本論文還對智能轉(zhuǎn)換器系統(tǒng)的仿真調(diào)試進行了簡單說明,確保開發(fā)產(chǎn)品正常運行。關(guān)鍵詞:現(xiàn)場總線,智能轉(zhuǎn)換器,SPC3,PROFIBUS-DP第I頁上海交通大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位
