1、摘要為了將磷酸膽堿(PC)基團(tuán)引入到聚合物中,得到良好的抗凝血材料,本文主要研究了甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酸膽堿單體的合成方法。采用合成的單體與其它單體進(jìn)行共聚得到改性聚合物,并用各種方法對(duì)改性后聚合物的基本性能進(jìn)行考察。以三氯化磷,乙二醇為起始原料合成2一氯一l,3,2一二氧磷雜環(huán)戊烷,然后用干燥的氧氣氧化后得到2一氯一2一氧一1,3,2一二氧磷雜環(huán)戊烷。提純后將產(chǎn)物在低溫下滴加到溶液里與甲基丙烯酸一多一羥乙酯反應(yīng),縟到2一(2-氧~1,3,2一二氧磷雜環(huán)戊基)氧化乙基甲基丙烯酸酯,最后用三甲胺與2一(2-氧一l,3,2一二氧磷雜環(huán)戊基)氧化乙基甲基丙烯酸酯
2、在60℃下進(jìn)行開環(huán)反應(yīng),得到甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酸膽堿(MPC)。IR,1HNMR表明單體具有預(yù)期結(jié)構(gòu)。將MPC單體進(jìn)行自由基聚合,對(duì)聚合物用IR,1HNMR進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)表征;用DSC進(jìn)行熱性質(zhì)考察,結(jié)果表明聚合物的k為42℃,在150℃左右發(fā)生降解。最后用MPC單體與甲基丙烯酸正丁酯(BMA)、苯乙烯、Q一甲基丙烯酸等共聚,考察了這些共聚物的熱性質(zhì),結(jié)果表明聚合物中引入磷酸膽堿(PC)基團(tuán)后,T。有所下降。對(duì)MPC與BMA的共聚物(PMB)吸水性進(jìn)行考察,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明聚合物的吸水率隨MPC摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)的增加而增加,當(dāng)MPC摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到9%左右時(shí),PMB共聚物的吸

6、ureofMPC.PMPCobtainedfrompolymerizationofMPCwascharacterizedbyIR。1HNMR.DSCexperimentshowedthatthetofPMPCwas42℃andwasdecomposedat150℃orso.ThecopolymersofMPC,suchaspoly(MPC?COnbutylmethacylate),poly(MPC-CO—styrene),poly(MPC-CO-methacylateacidlwerealsosynthesizedviacopolymerizationof
