1、中北大學(xué)學(xué)位論文鋁合金內(nèi)腔帶筋筒形擠壓件成形工藝分析與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究摘要目前為了減重的需要,許多裝備上的零件被設(shè)計(jì)成薄腹板并帶有縱橫內(nèi)筋結(jié)構(gòu)。筋板類構(gòu)件的加工通常采用鑄造、數(shù)控加工或焊接的方法,材料利用率低、加工成本高和產(chǎn)品力學(xué)性能差是這些加工中存在的問題。本文在綜合分析內(nèi)腔筋件成形特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用楔形機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)化軸向力為徑向力的加載方式擠壓成形,并對(duì)其成形過程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。本文應(yīng)用MSC/superform有限元仿真模擬軟件,并對(duì)該工藝進(jìn)行了三維數(shù)值模擬。得出了成形過程中金屬的流動(dòng)規(guī)律、應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變的分
2、布情況,并得到擠壓溫度為460。C的條件下成形性較好有利于該零件成形,確定出了合理的變形工藝參數(shù)。根據(jù)數(shù)值模擬分析的結(jié)果,確定了采用等溫?cái)D壓成形的工藝,對(duì)兩種不同的模具設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了比較,選擇了最優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的模具。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了物理實(shí)驗(yàn),并對(duì)數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果同實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果基本相符,表明數(shù)值模擬在實(shí)驗(yàn)之中的指導(dǎo)意義和工藝設(shè)計(jì)與模具設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。關(guān)鍵詞:鋁合金,數(shù)值模擬,內(nèi)腔筋,擠壓中北大學(xué)學(xué)位論文TheTechnologyAnalysisandExperimentalResear
