3、ioSr:Feof1:1anddissolvedinthewatertogetherwithcitricasachelatingagent.A1203substratewasimmersedintothesolandwithdrewatrateof4cm/min,driedatroomtemperatureandthensinteredat800℃for60rain.Theprocesswasrepeatedtoobtain6,7,8,1l,15,17layerfilmsandthefinalheattreatmentWaSperformedat900℃inairatmosphere.
4、Thesynthesizedproductshavebeencharacterizedbystructural(XRD,SEM)andthermal(DTA/TG)analyses.Theeffectsofsinteringtemperatureanddipping—coatingtimesonpropertiesofthefilmwerealsostudied.SrFe03.8microcrystallinepowderswereobtainedbythermaltreatmentat900℃for1hinair.Theoxygensensitivityofdifferentlaye
5、rfilmshasbeenmeasuredinthetemperaturerangeof3777、。527℃underdifferentoxygenorhydrogenconcentration.Itwasfoundthatoptimum—dippingtimeis1ltimes.SrFe03—6thinfilmshowedP—typeconductioninlowtemperature(T<700K).Whenthetemperaturerised(T≥750K).TheP一即conductionchangingpointappeared.ThroughtheadditionofC0
6、2+orCu”ions,theoxygensensitivityofthinfilmswasimproved.Inaddition,doubleacceptordopants(Fe3+andC02+)werestudiedtoimprovetheoxygensensitivityofSrTi03.Theresultsshowthatdoubleacceptordopantshavesomeeffectonelectricproperties,decreasingelectricresistanceandimprovingOXygensensitivity.Thephotographof
