1、華北電力大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文摘要隨著傳統(tǒng)能源的枯竭和傳統(tǒng)電力系統(tǒng)的某些固有缺陷,分布式電源(DG)以其環(huán)保、高效、靈活的特點(diǎn)引起了全球范圍內(nèi)的廣泛關(guān)注。因此,在集中式發(fā)電和大電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)上,大力發(fā)展分布式發(fā)電技術(shù),建立含有分布式發(fā)電的新型電網(wǎng)將成為電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。但是,隨著分布式電源對電網(wǎng)的滲透率日益增加,給現(xiàn)代電力系統(tǒng)帶來了很多方面的影響,其中,對電能質(zhì)量的影響不容忽視。本文首先概括介紹了分布式電源并網(wǎng)后給系統(tǒng)電能質(zhì)量帶來的有利和不利影響。然后,從DG并網(wǎng)后配電網(wǎng)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)上主要分析了分布式電源接入對系統(tǒng)電壓偏差、諧波畸變、電壓
2、波動(dòng)等傳統(tǒng)電能質(zhì)量問題的影響機(jī)理,并提出可能引起的電能質(zhì)量新問題。在理論分析DG并網(wǎng)對電能質(zhì)量的影響后,以風(fēng)力發(fā)電和光伏發(fā)電為例,分別基于MATLAB/SIMULINK和PSCAD/EMTDC平臺,建立了風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)和光伏并網(wǎng)的模型。假設(shè)在已給定分布式電源的情況下,通過改變DG的并網(wǎng)位置和并網(wǎng)容量,仿真分析在不同條件下DG并網(wǎng)對電能質(zhì)量影響的變化規(guī)律,從而指導(dǎo)分布式電源并網(wǎng)節(jié)點(diǎn)和容量的選擇。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了電能質(zhì)量變化量指標(biāo)和系統(tǒng)影響指標(biāo),為DG并網(wǎng)后對電能質(zhì)量的影響提供了有效的衡量尺度,實(shí)現(xiàn)DG對配電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量影響的定量評價(jià),從而通過預(yù)估
