1、東北師范大學碩士學位論文便攜式10<'10>n/s中子發(fā)生器電路系統(tǒng)的研制姓名:楊喜峰申請學位級別:碩士專業(yè):核技術及應用指導教師:盧洪波20040501摘要論文對所研制的新一代便攜式10”n/s中子發(fā)生器電路進行了全面的介紹,對離子源電路,存儲器電路,特別靶極高壓電路結構進行深入剖析。在離子源電路中采用集成的Dc—DC高壓模塊,使原電路得到簡化。研制出新型的中子管氣壓自動控制電路,同時引入PID調節(jié),更好的實現(xiàn)了對存貯器加熱電流的控制,使用具有國際先進水平的Vicoy電源模塊研制出存貯器加熱電源,這些措施保證了離子源的穩(wěn)定工作。研制開發(fā)
2、出200kV、5fflA的便攜式靶極高壓電路,該電路采用直流穩(wěn)壓系統(tǒng)~逆變器一倍壓電路的電路結構,直流穩(wěn)壓電路采用開關一線性雙重調壓技術,實現(xiàn)0—250V連續(xù)可調。逆變器采用較高的工作頻率,有效的減小了中子發(fā)生器的體積。在研制過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)并提出了用增大升壓變壓器漏感的方法來減少倍壓型高壓電路的無功損耗,這為研制大功率高壓電源和提高這種電源可靠性提供了一種有效方法和手段。關鍵詞:中子管,10”n/s中子發(fā)生器,氣壓自動控制電路,Vicor模塊,靶極高壓電路,ABSTRACTThecircuitsystemfortheportableseale

6、djustmentmethodindirectcurrentsteadyvoltagecircuit,andachievethecontinuousadjustmentfrom0VDCto250VDC.TheworkingfrequencyischosenathJlghwaveband,whichdiminishesthevolumeoftheneutrongeneratortoagreatextent.Forpurposeofreducingthereactivepowerproducedbythecockcroft—waltonvol
