1、畢業(yè)設計(論文)題目秸稈壓塊機的設計專業(yè):學生姓名:班級:學號:指導教師:完成時間:XX學院本科畢業(yè)設計(論文)摘要鼎力發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟,減少二氧化碳排放量已經(jīng)成為中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必定趨勢。著力打造低耗、低排、高效的“低碳農(nóng)業(yè)”火燒眉毛。農(nóng)業(yè)機械是農(nóng)業(yè)能源耗費大戶,碳排放量大戶。所以,打造“低碳農(nóng)業(yè)”,農(nóng)機義不容辭。生物質(zhì)固體成型燃料技術是生物質(zhì)能開發(fā)利用技術的主要發(fā)展方向之一。本文設計的題目是秸稈壓塊機的設計。秸稈壓塊機壓出的產(chǎn)品是用來做飼料或燃料的。經(jīng)過實踐和不斷的改進,秸稈壓塊機已日臻完善。秸稈壓
2、塊機具有自動化程度高、產(chǎn)量高、價格低、耗電少、操作簡單、環(huán)境無污染等優(yōu)點。因而秸稈壓塊機可廣泛應用壓制各種農(nóng)作物秸稈和小樹枝等生物質(zhì)原料。秸稈壓塊機自動化程度高、產(chǎn)量高、價格低、耗電少、操作簡單。設計之初我查閱了大量的生物質(zhì)壓縮成型技術的研究文獻,了解國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展概述及研究現(xiàn)狀。參考和分析了生物質(zhì)壓縮成型設備的優(yōu)缺點,對模輥受力情況分析基礎之上利用簡化力學模型計算了擠壓力、主軸扭矩和功率、生產(chǎn)能力等主要技術參數(shù),從而為秸稈壓塊機的設計奠定里堅實的基礎。本次設計的用于生產(chǎn)的秸稈塊機,對農(nóng)業(yè)機械及打造
