3、dingequipment,themicro—moldmanufacturingandprocessing,themicromoldingmaterialselection,micro—moldingprocesscontrol,themicro.moldingformingtheoryandnumericalsimulationanalysis,themicroproductsqualitycharacterizationofthemicro-injectionmoldingtechnology.Inthiswork

6、permeshsoftwaretomeshtheproductmodel,andthecavityandthemicro.structureismeshedbydifferentmeshingstrategies,theglobaledgelengthofthebaseandthecylindricalis0.5mmand0.1mm.ThenthemodelisimportedintoMoldflowsoftwaretocreatetherunnersandthenstartingthesimulationanalys
