1、摘要不壓井作業(yè)是指在井筒內(nèi)有油、氣、水壓力存在的情況下,進(jìn)行帶壓起下管柱的作業(yè)。鑒于不壓井作業(yè)相對(duì)于常規(guī)壓井作業(yè)具有一定優(yōu)勢(shì),所以在國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)展不壓井作業(yè)裝置的研究勢(shì)在必行,本課題就是在這樣的情況下提出來(lái)的。通過(guò)分析不壓井作業(yè)工藝及裝置在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,分析國(guó)內(nèi)外不同類(lèi)型不壓井作業(yè)裝置的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并根據(jù)我國(guó)油井的具體情況,確定目前應(yīng)發(fā)展輔助型短沖程不壓井作業(yè)裝置,在了解不壓井作業(yè)裝置核心技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出適合我國(guó)油田的不壓井作業(yè)裝置。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研和文獻(xiàn)閱讀,了解國(guó)內(nèi)外不壓井作業(yè)裝置的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;在對(duì)不壓井作業(yè)裝置使用要求進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)
2、上,研究了不壓井作業(yè)裝置的基本原理并對(duì)總體方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。‘在總體方案設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)不壓井作業(yè)裝置井口密封防噴系統(tǒng)、舉升系統(tǒng)和井下堵塞器進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),其中不壓井作業(yè)井口裝置主要完成了井口密封系統(tǒng)、舉升系統(tǒng)、支撐系統(tǒng)等的設(shè)計(jì),并利用Pro/E軟件對(duì)各系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了三維建模。利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)單閘板防噴器殼體進(jìn)行了有限元分析,對(duì)堵塞器膠筒壓縮變形過(guò)程進(jìn)行了分析。利用AMESim軟件對(duì)舉升系統(tǒng)液壓控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算機(jī)仿真,分析了舉升液壓缸的同步性。關(guān)鍵詞:不壓井作業(yè)裝置;有限元分析;液控仿真AbstractThesnubbingservic
