1、碩:L學(xué)位論文摘要現(xiàn)場總線是20世紀(jì)80年代末發(fā)展起來的一種數(shù)字式、智能、雙向、多節(jié)點(diǎn)的通信與控制系統(tǒng)。在現(xiàn)有的現(xiàn)場總線標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中,PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場總線由于具有通信實(shí)時性強(qiáng)、傳輸率高和成本低等特點(diǎn)應(yīng)用最為廣泛,它包括PROFIBUS.DP,PROFIBUS—PA和PROFIBUS.FMS三個系列。因?yàn)镈P與PA所采用的傳輸技術(shù)和編碼方式不同,所以二者之間不能直接連接進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,本文通過對DP與PA總線協(xié)議和傳輸技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,完成PROFIBUSDP/PA耦合器的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì),從而使PROFIBUS.PA設(shè)備能便捷的接入PROFIB
2、US.DP總線,實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場總線的統(tǒng)一集成。本文首先介紹了PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場總線的基本的特性、協(xié)議的結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)的存取機(jī)制,并結(jié)合本課題的研究目標(biāo)對物理層和數(shù)據(jù)鏈路層技術(shù)做了詳細(xì)研究,為DP/PA耦合器的設(shè)計(jì)打下基礎(chǔ)。其次,提出了選用單片機(jī)與現(xiàn)階段PROFIBUS接口開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的熱門控制芯片一一ASIC芯片進(jìn)行DP/PA耦合器產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的思路,選用智能芯片SPC3,SPC4作為DP、PA總線的控制器負(fù)責(zé)完成數(shù)據(jù)的轉(zhuǎn)換和收發(fā)功能,單片機(jī)則負(fù)責(zé)完成兩種總線之間的數(shù)據(jù)交換。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,搭建了以AT89S51、SPC3和SPC4為核心
