1、遺傳HEREDITAS(Beijing)28(11):1401~1406,2006研究報(bào)告DOI:10.1360/yc-006-1401利用三倍體胚乳遺傳模型定位玉米籽粒淀粉含量QTL董永彬,李玉玲,牛素貞(河南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,鄭州450002)摘要:在兩種環(huán)境條件下種植以普通玉米自交系丹232和爆裂玉米自交系N04為親本構(gòu)建的259個(gè)F2:3家系群體,采用SSR標(biāo)記構(gòu)建了包含183個(gè)標(biāo)記的玉米遺傳連鎖圖譜,覆蓋玉米基因組1762.2cM,標(biāo)記間平均距離為9.6cM。利用三倍體胚乳遺傳模型和區(qū)間作圖方法對(duì)籽粒淀粉含
2、量進(jìn)行了QTL定位和遺傳效應(yīng)分析,春、夏播條件下共檢測(cè)到10個(gè)QTL,春播條件下檢測(cè)到的QTL在夏播均被檢測(cè)到,分別位于第1、3、4、5、7染色體上,可解釋淀粉的表型總變異分別為36.84%和72.65%,單個(gè)QTL解釋表型變異介于4.74%~11.26%。在檢測(cè)到的QTL中,有2個(gè)QTL的遺傳作用方式在春播均表現(xiàn)為超顯性,而夏播分別為加性和部分顯性;其他2個(gè)為加性,1個(gè)為部分顯性,5個(gè)為超顯性。3個(gè)QTL的增效基因來(lái)自丹232,其余QTL的增效基因均來(lái)自N04。關(guān)鍵詞:爆裂玉米;淀粉含量;三倍體胚乳;數(shù)量性狀位點(diǎn)
