2、。產(chǎn)物的顯微照片及XRD圖譜結(jié)果表明,該方法所制備的ZnO薄膜表面均勻致密,都存在(002)擇優(yōu)取向,具有六角纖鋅礦結(jié)構(gòu),晶粒尺寸平均在13nm左右,振動樣品磁強計(VSM)測試結(jié)果顯示摻雜ZnO薄膜均存在室溫鐵磁性。光致發(fā)光(PL)測量表明所有樣品薄膜的PL譜主要由較強的紫外發(fā)光峰(394nm)、藍光峰(420nlT1)、綠光峰(480am)組成。Fe、Ni單摻雜和共摻雜并不改變ZnO薄膜的發(fā)光峰位置,但摻雜后該紫外發(fā)光峰減弱,420Dill處的藍光峰增強。關(guān)鍵詞:ZnO薄膜;Fe,Ni摻雜;光致發(fā)光;溶膠一凝膠法;室溫鐵磁性中圖分類號:07
