2、特征、泥面以上5cm上覆水中營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽以及沉積物的含水量、中值粒徑、有機(jī)碳、氮、磷、金屬元素和溶解氧進(jìn)行測(cè)定.結(jié)果表明:夏季藻型湖區(qū)表層水體pH高于中、底層,冬季草型湖區(qū)各層水體pH高于藻型;草型湖區(qū)水體濁度夏季低于藻型,冬季反之;藻型湖區(qū)上覆水中的硝態(tài)氮和磷酸根濃度顯著高于草型;草型湖區(qū)沉積物中含水量冬季顯著高于夏季;草型湖區(qū)沉積物中總有機(jī)碳顯著高于藻型;Fe、Zn、Ca、Pb、Na和K等元素在草、藻型湖區(qū)間差異顯著;沉積物中溶解氧表現(xiàn)為冬季深于夏季,藻型深于草型的規(guī)律.關(guān)鍵詞:沉積物-水界面;草型湖區(qū);藻型湖區(qū);太湖Environmen
