3、inganalysisframework[4].Instatisticaltim-inganalysis,thedelaysofcells/interconnectsaremodeledascorrelatedhighlyinputpatterndependent.Existingpathselectionandtiminganaly-randomvariableswithknownprobabilitydensityfunctions(pdfs).Givensistechniquescannotcapturetheeffectsof

4、noiseoncell/interconnectde-thesecell/interconnectdelays,thecelllevelnetlistandtheclockperiod,lays.Therefore,theselectedcriticalpathsmaynotbethelongestpathsstatisticaltiminganalysiscanderivethepdfsofthesignalarrivaltimes,andpredictedcircuitperformancemightnotre?ectthewor

5、st-casecircuitrequiredtimesandslacksatinternalsignalsandprimaryoutputs.Noisedelay.Inthispaper,weproposeapathselectiontechniquethatcancon-effects,suchaspowersupplynoise,cancauseperturbationsofthedelaysiderpowersupplynoiseeffectsonthepropagationdelays.Next,fortherandomvar

6、iablesoftheaffectedcellsand/orinterconnects.Weusetheselectedcriticalpaths,weproposeapatterngenerationtechniquefordy-statisticalmodelforpowersupplynoiseproposedin[1]toderivetheper-namictiminganalysissuchthatthepatternsproducetheworst-casepowerturbeddelayrandomvariablesof

7、eachcell/interconnectinthepresenceofsupplynoiseeffectsonthedelaysofthesepaths.Ourexperimentalresultspowersupplynoise.Byrunningthestatisticaltiminganalysisusingtheperturbedcell/interconnectdelayswederivetheslackdistributionsatin-demonstratethedifferenceinestimatedcircuit
