2、和固定灌溉,落葉后對植株進(jìn)行解剖測定。【結(jié)果】與充分灌溉相比,交替灌溉顯著促進(jìn)了根系生長,3種組合新根重量增加了7.8%~22.2%,新梢生長主要是節(jié)間的伸長受到輕微抑制,根冠比由平均1.1增加到1.46;固定灌溉顯著降低砧木嫁接植株的新根生長量和節(jié)間長度,M/3309C分別減少37.9%和36.9%,M/110R分別減少18.4%和22.5%,植株總生物量三者降幅為19.2%~34.3%?!窘Y(jié)論】不同砧木組合適應(yīng)水分逆境的能力主要取決于砧木,110R強(qiáng)于420A和3309C,交替灌溉有利于增加葡萄的根系生長,提高御旱能力。關(guān)鍵詞:葡萄;砧木;部分根區(qū)干旱;生長量Effec
