4、ductionCalciumphosphatecement(CPC)isoneofthemostimportantbiomaterialsformedicalanddentalapplicationsbecauseofitsexcellentpropertiessuchasthebiocompatibility,bioactivity,self2setting,in2jectableandplasticityandsoon.Meanwhile,themulti2porousstructuremakesitgrowitselfthroughthebonetissuewhenimpla
5、ntedinthebody.Asdrugdeliverysystem,theclinicalstudyindicatesthatCPChasdistinctcurativeeffectsincuringandpreventingosteoporosis,bonearthritis,bonetraumaandcanc2erofbone,etc.duetoitsmildself2settingconditions.Whenrepairedandfilledinthebonedamnifica2tion,theCPCcanalsoreleasethedrugstolocaltissuec
6、ontinuously.Thus,highconcentrationofthedrugsinlocaltissue,extendingthecuringtimeofmedicamentwillberealizedandalmostwon′tbepoi2sonous.Atthesametime,itishelpfultofurtherchemotherapy,reducingoftherecurringaswellasthepreventingandinfectingofthecut,andeventhecuringofthechronicosteomyelitis.[1]Atpre
