2、顯微組織分析和機(jī)械性能分析。采用Ar氣作為焊接保護(hù)氣體,能獲得比采用N2氣時(shí)更好的深沖性能;側(cè)吹保護(hù)氣體的方法能有效地控制焊縫中的鋅含量。研究了焊接熔深和焊縫寬度隨激光功率和焊接速度變化的規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在優(yōu)化的工藝參數(shù)下,激光焊接車身拼焊板的焊縫中沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)氣孔、裂紋和熱影響區(qū)(HAZ)軟化等缺陷,拼焊板的深沖性能優(yōu)良;拼焊板的成形性能取決于兩種材料的強(qiáng)度比和厚度比,焊縫易于向高強(qiáng)度鍍鋅鋼板一側(cè)偏移;普通鋼板越薄,焊縫的偏移量越大。關(guān)鍵詞激光技術(shù);激光焊接;薄鋼板;焊接工藝;鋅行為中圖分類號(hào)TG45
