2、外細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行細(xì)胞相容性實(shí)驗(yàn)和動(dòng)物顱骨植入實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)梯度羥皋磷灰(HA)涂層牛物相容性和骨誘導(dǎo)能力。結(jié)果涂層表面L929成纖維細(xì)胞附著與增殖實(shí)驗(yàn)提示多孔的羥基磷灰石表面涂層對(duì)細(xì)胞的黏附生長有誘導(dǎo)作用,促進(jìn)細(xì)胞在其表繁殖。體外細(xì)胞毒性實(shí)驗(yàn)提示各組材料對(duì)M373成骨細(xì)胞的生長、增值、代謝尤不良影響。在細(xì)胞接種后期HA試件組的細(xì)胞增殖數(shù)較其他組有顯著增加。顱骨植入實(shí)驗(yàn)提示羥基磷灰石涂層組在誘導(dǎo)成骨反應(yīng)方面優(yōu)于其它組。結(jié)論復(fù)合氧化及水熱沉淀法制備純鈦表面梯度生物活性涂層材料具彳『良好的生物相容性和骨誘導(dǎo)能力,值得作為新顱骨修補(bǔ)材料。關(guān)鍵詞
