2、腸肌外側(cè)頭重量并采用相對(duì)定量RT-PCR的方法檢測(cè)其不同類型肌纖維肌球蛋白重鏈mRNA基因表達(dá)。結(jié)果表明,早期限飼組體重及腓腸肌外側(cè)頭重均低于對(duì)照組(<0.05,=20)。14日齡早期限飼組慢肌及快紅肌肌球蛋白重鏈mRNA表達(dá)水平顯著高于對(duì)照組(分別為<0.01和<0.05,=10),快白肌肌球蛋白重鏈基因表達(dá)顯著低于對(duì)照組(<0.05,=10)。63日齡早期限飼組慢肌肌球蛋白重鏈mRNA基因表達(dá)顯著低于對(duì)照組(<0.05,=10),快紅肌和快白肌肌球蛋白重鏈與對(duì)照組相比均無(wú)差異(>0.05,=10)。結(jié)果提示:(1)
