2、ormance,andfeedtechniquesbasedonthecurrentsituationofChangshungreen-shellchicken.TheresultofapparentcharacteristicshowedthatthemostfeathercolorofChangshungreen-shellchickenisJuteFeather(47.33),followedbyblackfeather(28.95%)andblack-mafeather(22.69%),withtheleaston
3、ewhitefeather(1.03%).Blackisthedominantcolorforshankcolor(87.68%)andbeak(79.32%).Changshungreen-shellchickenissuggestedtobeheterozygosisgroupindicatedbyitsapparentcharacteristicsandheritagerule.Changshungreen-shellchickhasasimilarbodysizetoshortchickenbreedinGuizh
4、oubutitsBreastdepthishigherthanthatofshort-legchickenbreed.Adultroosterhas1.85kgbodyweightwhile1.71kgforadulthen,whichishigherthanothergreen-shellchickbreed.Adultroosterhas79.85%Percentageofhalf-evisceratedyieldwhile79.81%foradulthen.ThePercentageofhalf-eviscerate
5、dyieldofadulthenishigherthanotherchickenbreedbutnotshort-legchick.GrowthperformanceofChangshungreen-shellchickenduring3to5weeksishigherthanChongrenchickandGongchuanchick.Theabove-mentionedresultsshowedthatChangshungreen-shellchickenhasagoodpotentialfortheusageofme
6、at-orientation.Theeggqualityresultsindicatedthatcomparedwithwhite-shellchickenfromthesameChangshungreen-shellchickenfamily,green-shellchickenhasmoreconcentrationsofprotein,essentialaminoacid,traceelements.Itissuggestedthatgenedifferenceisthesourceofeggquality.Chan
